We recommend you eating and drinking what was natural for inhabitants of your locality and cultural traditions. Of course, do not forget that physical activity must comply with food. Now about folk skin care remedies. First of all, we recommend to wipe skin with a fresh lemon or cucumber slice during a month. Wash with linden tea or sour mixed with cabbage juice.


To remove makeup and nourish skin, choose pure peach or apricot oil.


If summer left you freckles as a gift, wash with infusion of oak bark and permeate skin with a small amount of almond oil. Peach, apricot and almond, in themselves, contain all substances necessary for healthy skin. Rich content of vitamin E and the ability of these oils to penetrate deeply into skin naturally prevents skin aging and gives excellent protection against heat and cold.


If you have a problem with bags under eyes, whipp egg white, add a teaspoon of rowan juice and 15 drops of peach oil. Used the resulting mixture as a face pack.


For dry peeling skin, take 1 teaspoonful plantain leaves, inflorescences of chamomile and mint leaves, brew in a cup of boiling water. Cool to body temperature and wash problem areas, then apply a thin layer of oil and massage until it is completely absorbed. This procedure is performed 2 times a day - morning and evening for one month continuously reducing the amount of oil.


When burrs, fragile and brittle nails, take a bath from usual olive or vegetable oil with addition of almond oil in the ratio 1:5. Folk medicine has a huge arsenal of tools to solve almost any problems associated with health. It is important to use a tool and be sure of its quality.
