KEIRA KNIGHTLEY embraced two of spring/summer 2012's most prevalent trends last night, sporting both a retro hair look and metallic smoky eyes for the UK premiere of her new film, A Dangerous Method.

The actress' hair was swept into a pretty up-do with a Twenties-inspired waved fringe, mirroring the looks seen on the Mark Fast and Zac Posen catwalks this season. And, whilst her lips were painted a subtle shell pink, her eyes were heavily lined and finished with shimmery shadow - a glamorous red carpet translation of the metallic smoky eye looks seen at Holly Fulton and Emilio Pucci.
